How Long Does It Take From Design To Delivery?

  • Please allow up to 7-10 business days (weekends and holidays excluded)for normal orders.

  • 15 - 20 business days (weekends and holidays excluded)for regular wood sign orders to be processed prior to shipping.

  • Our laser engraved items process on a 2 weeks timeline prior to shipping.

  • Custom order requests may take up to 10 Business days to receive a proof design.

  • Rush orders may be available upon request for a small additional charge.

How Do I Track My Order?

Can I Return, Cancel Or Replace My Order?

While we do not offer returns, we want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

  1. Customer Mistake:
    In the event that a customer makes an error while placing an order, such as selecting an incorrect size, color, or quantity, misspelled name/text our shop policy holds the customer responsible for their mistake. As a result, we do not offer free replacements in these situations. However, we provide a return or exchange option, allowing customers to return the item and receive a replacement by paying applicable costs, such as shipping and product costs.
  2. Shop Mistake:
    If our shop makes an error, such as sending the wrong item, size, or color, we take full responsibility for our mistake. Our policy ensures that we offer a replacement to the customer at no additional cost. We cover all expenses associated with shipping the incorrect item back to us and sending the correct replacement to the customer.

What Methods Of Payment Do You Accept?

At SFArt Creation we use Stripe, as it is a trusted and secure payment method. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Custom Orders

We welcome custom orders! Please be as descriptive as possible and provide any and all details that contribute to the overall aesthetic of your design. We will email a design draft for your approval before making your product. Please allow a processing time of up to 20 business days (weekends and Holidays excluded) for a design preview to be emailed to you.
